Live Streaming Video

We set up a live video stream at work today. It is just too cool! We used Sorenson Broadcaster 1.1 (MacOS 9) and Apple’s QuickTime Streaming Server for MacOS X. Both products are ridiculously easy to use, which made our lives easy.

I’ve turned into a BOFH sysadmin. I just enable 100Mb quotas for 3900+ users. Wow are they going to be pissed!
