I’m finding myself with a decreasing amount of free time as of late. With February Sweeps in full swing I’m constantly glued to the tv whenever I’m at home. I’ve been watching Desperate Housewives, 24, American Idol (which sucks), OC, Point Pleasant, and Monk. OC is mediocre this season but the gratuitous lesbian kissing really whets my whistle. Point Pleasant has been a sleeper hit IMO but I don’t think it has the longevity to avoid being cast into the Fox friday night death slot.

As far as anime goes I’m into Gankutsuou which is a futuristic, artsy rendition of The Count of Monte Cristo. Quality. I’m also reading a fansubbed manga of Monster. What an incredible storyline! It’s kind of a mystery with a good vs. evil theme. It’s long but it reads quickly.

I’ve kicked my Magic career into a higher gear. I’ve hit 3 tournaments in the past 2 weeks and I play every Friday night at Arney’s. Aside from being dead-tired on Saturday morning I’ve been having a ball. I’m practicing for the SCG P9 tournaments that will be in Chicago this year.

Debbie Gibson is in this month’s Playboy. I haven’t seen it yet but I’m going to do another round of searching this afternoon. So unbelievably hot.

If Genghis and I make it through this weekend alive it will be a miracle. H8. Anyone want a cute little black kitty cat??
